1 Acceptance of Terms

Wg69 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) wg69 account only. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, a different phone number, or another identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank account details. Inaccurate or misleading information provided during registration or the KYC process may result in account suspension and the freezing of all withdrawals until the issue is resolved.

Before the closure is processed, you are required to settle all pending transactions and fulfil all applicable rollover requirements. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after all required security checks are completed.

9 Liability Limits

Wg69's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
